The Fair Trade Coffee Company will not collect your name, address, telephone number, or email address unless you provide it to us voluntarily. In addition, we may attempt to collect such information if we believe your use of this website violates any laws.

If you have already submitted this information and would like for us to remove it from our records, please contact us at the email address listed at the bottom of this Statement. The Fair Trade Coffee Company will use reasonable efforts to delete your information from our existing files.

When you do provide us with personal information, we may use that information in the following ways: we may store and process that information to better understand your needs and how we can improve our services. The Fair Trade Coffee Company may also use that information to contact you. We will not provide that information to third parties.

Coffee of the Month” Subscription terms
* The Coffee of the Month Subscription is intended as a “gift” to someone other than the purchaser. If a customer wants to set up a regularly scheduled order for themselves we ask that they contact the store and discuss our options with one of our staff members.
* The Coffee of the Month Subscription comes in two varieties: 6-month and 12-month. The recipient will receive ONE POUND of coffee each time and will be afforded the opportunity to customize their subscription in various ways.
* The 6-month subscription guarantees 6 total shipments and the 12-month subscription guarantees 12 total shipments.
* The recipient can determine the weekly interval between shipments (ie. every 2-weeks, 3-weeks, 4-weeks, etc.)
* The recipient…
1) can determine the exact coffees that are sent each time
2) can chose to leave the selection to us
3) can chose to leave the selection to us with certain instructions such as “All Decafs” or “No Flavors” or “All Decaf Flavors” etc.
* The recipient can determine the form the coffee is sent in, such as “Whole Bean” or Ground for a specific brewing device. A complete list of brewing device “types” is provided for the recipient to choose from.
* The Coffee of the Month Subscription can be paused for any length of time by the recipient at any point and as often as necessary.
* The Coffee of the Month Subscription is not refundable for any reason but can be redirected to another recipient (by purchaser or original recipient) if the original recipient no longer wants the service.

Website Policies
Shipping costs and delivery time frames
We ship all items from our location in Westfield, NJ, using USPS Priority Mail.
We endeavor to get your order packaged and shipped within two days from receipt of the order.
Please allow 7 days from order to delivery.

Returns
Coffee is perishable and cannot be returned for any reason.
Damaged merchandise will be replaced for free under certain conditions.

Damaged Merchandise:  We ask that you document the condition of your damaged order, at arrival, by taking a few photos and calling the store to alert us to the issue. You will receive a call back from Ahrre Maros, the owner, ASAP, to resolve the issue.

We ask that you ship the damaged merchandise back to us within one week of receipt. We will reimburse you for the ‘return’ shipping charge.

Refunds
We have a strict No Refund policy.
Coffee is perishable and cannot be returned for any reason.

Children
The Fair Trade Coffee Company have no intention of collecting any personal information (that is, name, address, telephone number, or email address) from individuals under eighteen years of age. Where appropriate, we will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on our website. If a child has provided us with personally-identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child should contact us at the email address listed at the bottom of this Statement to request that this information be deleted from our records. The Fair Trade Coffee Company will use reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from our existing files.

In some cases, we may collect information about you that is not personally-identifiable. Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet Browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using, and the URL of the website from which you linked or clicked to our website.
